Following this, l went to hotel reception to ask if there were any messages regarding the delay. I was told no. I then called the tour phone number provided only to be told the group had gone as l was not there! I returned to reception to ask if anyone had asked for me, they said NO. Someone had asked for someone with another name but NOT ME.”
